Smith, for a smoothie recipe to help us in our quest towards a flatter tummy. I’m super excited to try it because I’m a huge sucker for anything with ginger. So here’s some nutritious info and a delicious smoothie recipe from Kasey:

Happy Belly Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
1/2 avocado
1/4 cup hemp seeds (or plant based protein powder)
2 handfuls fresh spinach
1/2 of a small banana
1 Tbsp chia or flax seeds
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 cup of nut milk (almond, cashew)
Method: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
