February is traditionally known as a month for showing love for the people around you – gifts, cards, and lots of affection. I love that and encourage you to take the first half of February to do that, but when the Valentine holiday is over, I’m challenging you to take the last 10 days of February to focus on you. I’ll send you a calendar of simple tasks, including FREE downloadables, workouts, recipes and more. You’ll also be invited to a private Facebook group to check in and hear from others going through the challenge with you. This challenge will take place from February 19th – 28th.

I challenge you to take care of you and invite some friends to do it with you.

Trust me, I know how hard it is to find time for you. Now that I’m a mom of three, I’m struggling more than I ever have to make time for self-care. I believe we can do it together. Sometimes you just need someone to tell you what to do and when to do it.

Let me be that person for you.

“Sara’s #LoveIsSelfCare Challenge is just what I needed. I spend so much of my time and energy pouring into those I love, which would leave me feeling depleted. I would often feel guilty taking a little bit of time for me. Sara’s challenge showed me that being good to myself actually allowed me to be an even better, calmer, more productive mother & wife. Talking with other women and doing this challenge together was like free therapy. Thank you Sara!”

– Jenn, mom of three

“As an essential oils educator, I’m a big believer in self care. The #LoveisSelfCareChallenge showed me new tasks I can easily do to focus on me so I can best be there for my children. Sara’s warm personality, and the things she shared throughout the challenge, reminded me why self care is not selfish at all.”

– Amy, mom of two

Hi! I’m Sara Haley, pre and postnatal exercise specialist, creator of the bestselling and award-winning pregnancy workout series Expecting MORE® , postpartum The 4th Trimester Workout, and Sweat UNLIMITED (for anyone), and most importantly, a mom of 3. Trust me, I get how hard it can be to find the time for self care. I didn’t truly understand this before motherhood. Now, as a mom of three, who has chosen to put my family first, my own needs seem to be put to the wayside far too often. But that’s what this #LoveIsSelfCare Challenge is all about – committing to putting in the time to find the best forms of self care so that we can be there for our kids the best we can. Challenges like this one have really made it easier for me to commit and see results. Not just because there’s a plan, but because there’s a team of women who have similar life circumstances, priorities, and goals who sign up and dedicate their time to working on themselves. I’m hoping that you too will join us this time around!
