Hi, I’m Sara, and I recently became a mom of three! I’m best known for my expertise in pre and postnatal fitness (how to best exercise during pregnancy and motherhood), but my life and work is about so much more than that…Six years ago when I had my oldest son, I traded my job traveling the world as a Reebok Master Trainer and working as a celebrity trainer and instructor in New York City for motherhood in Santa Monica, California. I had no idea that my passion for health and fitness, and compassion for the challenges of motherhood would become such a rewarding path. From my blog to YouTube videos to free challenges and products, I share my own experiences and tools to help you discover your own interests beyond motherhood, connect with other like-minded women, find new and creative ways to connect with your kids and ultimately take better care of you. I would be honored to be part of your motherhood journey. You can connect with me via email, my private Facebook group and on all social media @SaraHaleyFit.

Because of the Valentine holiday, February is traditionally known for showing love for the people around you – gifts, cards, and lots of affection. Let’s do that, but when the holiday is over, I’m challenging you to take 10 days to focus on you. I’ll send you a calendar of simple tasks, including FREE downloadables, workouts, recipes and more. You’ll also be invited to a private Facebook group to check in and hear from others going through the challenge with you. This challenge will take place from February 22nd – March 3rd.
I challenge you to take care of you and invite some friends to do it with you.
Trust me, I know how hard it is to find time for you. Now that I’m a mom of three, I’m struggling more than I ever have to make time for self-care. I believe we can do it together. Sometimes you just need someone to tell you what to do and when to do it.
Let me be that person for you.
What happens over the 10 days?
You’ll receive daily tasks to complete that will help you focus on you and building better self care habits.
I’ll be hopping onto Facebook Live in our private group to take you through some live workouts and demonstrations.
You’ll get to hang with a community who faces the same struggles you do, share your discoveries, and make new friends.
“Sara’s #LoveIsSelfCare Challenge is just what I needed. I spend so much of my time and energy pouring into those I love, which would leave me feeling depleted. I would often feel guilty taking a little bit of time for me. Sara’s challenge showed me that being good to myself actually allowed me to be an even better, calmer, more productive mother & wife. Talking with other women and doing this challenge together was like free therapy. Thank you Sara!”
– Jenn, mom of three
“As an essential oils educator, I’m a big believer in self care. The #LoveisSelfCareChallenge showed me new tasks I can easily do to focus on me so I can best be there for my children. Sara’s warm personality, and the things she shared throughout the challenge, reminded me why self care is not selfish at all.”
– Amy, mom of two
