The New, Improved, & Shorter #BetterBootyChallenge

I’ve had my #BetterBootyChallenge around for a while. In fact, it’s one of my most popular FREE challenges. However, after recently shortening my #UpperBodyBlast Challenge to 5 days, I thought we should give it a try with the #BetterBootyChallenge. The days will be shorter but we are upping the reps.
