During my launch of the 14 Day Better Booty Challenge, I received several requests for the exercises on video. So I delivered . . . I present to you The Better Booty Video. Note: You can do this challenge at any time.
In case you haven’t done the challenge yet and need some convincing, here are some quick reasons why I think you should do The Better Booty Challenge, and I encourage you to invite your friends to do it along with you. (I also encourage you to post and tag #BetterBootyChallenge, as well as which day you are on, so that you hold yourself accountable.) Also, make sure you download the PDF to help guide you as well. If you have done the challenge already, I encourage you to do it again, now that you have the video. After all, it’ll only make your booty even better!
WHY YOU SHOULD DO THE BETTER BOOTY CHALLENGE
1. It won’t take up much time.
The challenge is only 5 exercises. It begins with 14 reps of each exercise on each side, and by the 14th day you are performing 27 reps each. It sounds like a lot, but I promise that it won’t take you more than 10-15 minutes to do the entire workout.
2. You’ll pick it up easily.
Even without The Better Booty Video, the exercises are simple. You’re on all 4’s the entire time. You just need to be aware of whether your leg is supposed to be parallel or turned out. And now that you have the video, you can see exactly how to do everything. All you need to do is watch the exercises, listen to the cues and modifications, and you’ll be on your way to a better booty.
3. Something is better than Nothing.
This is my general philosophy with exercise anyways, but by committing to the Better Booty Challenge for 14 days, you’ll be doing something every single day for 2 weeks straight (assuming you truly commit). I don’t know about you, but I can’t remember the last time I exercised for 2 weeks straight without missing a day (It was probably before I had kids.), so by having something that I had to do no matter what not only gave my butt a nice lift, but also left me with a sense of accomplishment. So, yes, that means you do the challenge on the days you do other workouts, as well as on the days that you don’t.
4. You’ll feel it!
What is better than immediate gratification? Depending on what kind of exercises your glutes are used to, you’ll most likely feel this challenge within the first 3 days. As it becomes more and more challenging each day, please make sure to stretch, like the child’s pose that I demonstrate in the video.
5. It works.
The feedback on the challenge so far has been incredible, and no wonder, I’ve said it before, but unless you’re J. Lo, everyone can work towards making their booty a little better.
