Yes, it’s that time of year again . . . parties, desserts, drinks, repeat. Temptation is everywhere this time of year, and I get asked a lot about how to avoid too much weight gain. Because let’s face the reality – you’re probably not going to lose weight during the holidays. Your best bet is to work to maintain, so you’re not starting off the new year with “Why did I do that? Why did I eat so much? Why did I drink that?”
