Move Your Body in March!

Let’s face it . . . the winter blues are a real thing. Or if you’re in southern Cali – the rainy blues. We’re in Santa Monica, and we’ve been stuck inside more in 2017 than we ever have.

If you’re looking for a little workout inspiration, I have something just for you – a little challenge for March. Even if it’s not a full workout, I’m challenging you to “Move Your Body in March” every single day. Click HERE to get a downloadable calendar for the month of March. Use the theme of the day to help you decide on your workout or at the very least an exercise to do that day.

    I loved the self love challenge. I am still recovering from Breast cancer surgery, but I am up to do whatever I can. Thank you Sara for these challenges…
