We called in international fitness expert and former New Jersey (now Brooklyn) Nets dancer, Sara Haley, who has all the right moves to tone our thighs, carve our calves, and maybe even perk up our posteriors. But like any good dancer (or bad in our case) knows, dancing takes a fully trained and fit bod.
