Originally from Chicago, Sara Haley began her fitness career in New York City, and now resides in Santa Monica, CA with her husband and two year old son. Sara is an international fitness expert who has traveled the globe teaching master classes and educating other fitness instructors and trainers. She has an impressive celebrity client resume and worked for seven years as a Reebok Global Master Trainer. Sara helped develop programs for JUKARI, the branded workout series between Reebok and Cirque du Soleil, and created and starred in numerous Reebok & Gaiam DVD workout programs. Armed with over twenty years of fitness and dance training, Sara currently teaches for the prestigious Equinox health clubs, is a Master Trainer for the Ultraslide® Slideboard, Teacher Trainer for The willPower Method®, brand ambassador for PrismSport exercise apparel, the fitness expert for the popular women’s health website Lifescript.com, consults for numerous international publications, and continues to develop her own workout program & lifestyle brand, The Daily Sweat®.
Sara is a certified trainer and instructor by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), a certified Pre/Post Natal Exercise Specialist by the American Fitness Professionals & Associates (AFPA), and a proud member of the American Pregnancy Association (APA). She has additional certifications to teach/train: Cross Fit, willPower & grace™,Kettlebell Concepts, JUKARI: Fit to Fly and Fit to Flex, Urban Rebounding, Schwinn Cycling, TRX, and more. In addition to her expertise, Sara brings her clients and followers her energetic personality and devotion to making exercise fun and rewarding, so that it can become less of a chore and a part of a healthy lifestyle.
Sara is most well-known for her best-selling pregnancy workout program, Expecting More®. Her newest DVDs and downloads are Sweat UNLIMITED, the perfect time-efficient workouts for the busy professional or parent. She volunteers her time with Common Threads, a national non-profit company dedicated to teaching children how to cook healthy meals, and is currently working towards becoming a Children’s Fitness Specialist as well. When she’s not spreading her passion of fitness with the world, Sara spends her time with her two-year-old son, Landon and husband of ten years, Sean.
