I don’t have the time or funds to be a gym member. However, that doesn’t mean that I don’t find ways to exercise on a daily basis. I try to find creative ways to incorporated exercise into my daily routine. Not only does this keep me healthy, but helps me feel good about myself. Here are a few things I do to keep active without spending a lot of time and money.
I just finished shooting my Prenatal Program this past week. I’m super excited to share the DVD in the Fall with all expecting moms. It’s actually a challenging DVD for everyone really!
My dear friend Sara Haley is a rock star teacher out in California. She used to live in NYC and we would often bump in to each other on fitness casting calls. When I discovered I was pregnant, I happened to read about her DVD, Expecting More, featured in the back of my Oxygen magazine. I was so happy for her and also super curious to try out her prenatal workout DVD.
“Start in small increments, like 5 minutes of walking your dog, and creep up slowly to 30 minutes of brisk walking,” says Sara Haley, creator of The Daily Sweat workouts, the Expecting More prenatal fitness DVD training program, and Sweat Unlimited.
Tackle those pesky pounds this Spring with help from Sara Haley and her new DVD Sweat Unlimited. With workouts ranging from 5 to 45 minutes, you will have no excuse to not get moving. Sara’s workouts are designed to give you the long lean body you desire, with legs that will look great in your Spring sun dresses.
Honestly, I’ve admitted it before and I’ll admit it again…I am horrible about “working out”. I just don’t like it! But, I know that I do like how my body looks after I’ve consistently made the effort to do it!
I just have to make myself…But when the workout video from Sara Haley arrived…at first I wasn’t sure I even wanted to try it. This lady looks perfectly fit, trim and in shape on the cover. I had a feeling I would be pretty sore if I even attempted a part of a workout!
