Hey there, Mama. Congrats on your pregnancy! I want you to stay safe and strong, and feel amazing throughout your pregnancy. One of the best ways to do that is through exercise. This 12-day challenge is a perfect way for you to learn some exercises that will keep you safe and strong but will also keep things interesting. You can do all of these exercises during all 3 trimesters of pregnancy.
If you are new to me, let me introduce myself. My name is Sara Haley and consider me not only your trainer but your mom friend. I have 3 kids – Landon (8), Liam (5), and Kiera (almost 2). I’ve been a pre and postnatal exercise specialist for over 10 years now. My fitness career extends from working as a Master Trainer for Reebok, a celebrity personal trainer, and creating numerous at-home workouts, including my own award-winning pregnancy and postpartum exercise programs.
With the rise of social media, there are a lot of “experts” out there, so it’s hard to know which exercises are the best ones for pregnancy. This challenge will give you just a peek at the thousands of exercises that I have created or modified for pregnancy. These exercises are safe and effective for all 3 trimesters of pregnancy.
