I
For just $4.99 I will send you 5 different workouts that focus on 5 different body parts that we often don’t appreciate enough.Ā If you did this challenge last year, the workouts are the same.Ā The difference is this year you get to keep the workouts forever, plus youāll receive 6Ā different recipes from 6Ā of my favorite food bloggers to compliment each of the workouts and a gratitude journal to help you keep track of how well you are caring for your body, along with prompts to help you focus on positive body image. Yes, ALL OF THAT for only $4.99.
āDuring this time of year, everything you read is about how to keep weight gain off during the holiday season, and I believe in being healthy and fit, but all of us are in different seasons of life where that canāt be a priority for all of us,ā she says. āWith everyone talking about gratitude, we can think about our bodies too. Be thankful for what your body can do and not what it looks like.ā
