Join the 5th Annual
Let’s celebrate what our bodies
can DO for us –
NOT what they LOOK like.
Watch the video to learn more about why this campaign began.
This year the campaign becomes a BOOTCAMP
Can you take 5 days out of the month of November to really focus on how THANKFUL YOU ARE FOR YOUR BODY?
For just $4.99 I will send you 5 different workouts that focus on 5 different body parts that we often don’t appreciate enough. If you did this challenge last year, the workouts are the same. The difference is this year you get to keep the workouts forever, plus you’ll receive 6 different recipes from 6 of my favorite food bloggers to compliment each of the workouts and a gratitude journal to help you keep track of how well you are caring for your body, along with prompts to help you focus on positive body image. Yes, ALL OF THAT for only $4.99.
“During this time of year, everything you read is about how to keep weight gain off during the holiday season, and I believe in being healthy and fit, but all of us are in different seasons of life where that can’t be a priority for all of us,” she says. “With everyone talking about gratitude, we can think about our bodies too. Be thankful for what your body can do and not what it looks like.”
When you sign up for this BOOTCAMP, you will receive…
- Downloadable Workout Videos to follow along with. Each of the workout represents a specific part of the body to focus on and be thankful for.
- Healthy Recipes to nourish your body from 6 of my favorite food bloggers
- A gratitude journal to help you focus your energy on WHAT your body can do for you (not what it looks like).
- Daily accountability through check-ins on the private Facebook Group where you can share your progress and struggles with all the participants.
