So what IS the
12 Days of Workouts?

It’s literally 12 Days of Workouts. You have new workout combinations to do each day that range on average between 20-30 minutes to keep you motivated and strong leading up to the holidays. Each day you’ll perform cardio exercises combined with lower body, upper body, core or a stretch flow. There is a calendar to guide you and tips to encourage you and GIVEAWAYS! Yes, this year when you sign up for the #12DaysofWorkouts, you’ll have the chance to enter into a giveaway each day. Because many people don’t take care of themselves this time of year, you’ll have a good chance of winning inside this small group.

When you sign up for this challenge, you will receive…

  • Workout videos that you can access forever that will guide you through the workouts
  • Access to my private Facebook Group specific to the 12 Days of Workouts –  so you can connect with me directly, ask questions, and find encouragement from others who are going through the series. This is a much more intimate experience than my other challenges.
  • Daily accountability through check-ins where you can share your progress and struggles with the team.
  • The chance to win prizes! I’ve reached out to some of my favorite brands to donate a gift to giveaway each of the 12 days. You could walk away with winning prizes worth way more than what it costs to sign up!

What are the workouts like?

  1. The workouts average between 20-30 minutes (You can do them all at once or split up throughout the day).
  2. A combination of cardio and strength training (so you can get the most bang for your buck)
  3. Optional hand weights (so you can do the exercises essentially anywhere)
  4. Pregnancy, postpartum, and diastasis recti modifications given (I’m a pre/postnatal exercise specialist.)
  5. Videos of the exercises so you can follow along and learn how to properly execute each exercise.

What happens after you sign up:

  1. Check your inbox for your confirmation email. This is very important. If you don’t receive an email from me (as well as a receipt) shortly after registering, please contact
  2. Get immediate access to the private Facebook group. Join as soon as you can to start meeting your teammates. The more you participate in this group the more you will get out of it.
  3. Be on the lookout for an email after signing up inviting you to the Facebook Group. You will receive all of the info you need in an email from me. If you don’t receive that ASAP, email ASAP.

This challenge isn’t just about working out – it’s about committing to something.
