What I Eat In A Day (5 weeks postpartum)

So many of you have asked about what I eat in a day in general, but I’ve especially received a lot of requests about what I eat while breastfeeding. As I post this blog I’m 13 weeks postpartum, but when I shot the video below I was only 5 weeks postpartum. I tell you this because my diet has already changed. When I created this video I was not ravenous ALL the time because Kiera was not taking as much in. Now that she is 3 months and drinking more milk in one sitting, I’m starving all the time, which of course means more food in my belly!

When you watch this video, you’ll hear that I don’t count calories and I still don’t but I will say that since shooting this, I have been eating more at each meal and trying to find food that sustains me more. I’m also cooking at home more now that I’m getting this mom-of-three thing down.  I hope this helps, and if you like this video, let me know in the comments and I’ll make an updated one every few months.

    1. Thanks Maura! It’s changed a bit since 5 weeks not that Kiera is eating so much more! You should do it just for yourself even – it really did help me eat better!
