What happens over the next 10 days?

I hope that you will join myself and hundreds of other women on my 3rd annual FREE Love Is Self-Care Challenge. Over the course of this challenge, it is my goal to empower you to begin caring for yourself a little bit better each day and to give you the tools to do just that. We are going to cover themes ranging from health and beauty to fitness and relaxation.

You’ll receive daily tasks to complete that will help you focus on you and building better self care habits.

You’ll get to hang with a community who faces the same struggles you do, share your discoveries, and make new friends.

February is traditionally known as a month for showing love for the people around you – gifts, cards, and lots of affection. I love that and encourage you to take the first half of February to do that, but when the Valentine holiday is over, I’m challenging you to take the last 10 days of February to focus on you. I’ll send you a calendar of simple tasks, including FREE downloadables, workouts, recipes and more. You’ll also be invited to a private Facebook group to check in and hear from others going through the challenge with you. This challenge will take place from February 19th – 28th.

I challenge you to take care of you and invite some friends to do it with you.

What happens after you sign up:

  1. Check your inbox for your confirmation email. This is very important. If you don’t receive your confirmation shortly after registering, please contact info@sarahaley.com.
  2. You will receive immediate access to the private Facebook Group. Join as soon as you can so you can meet others in the group. The more you participate in this group, the more you will get out of it.
  3. Be on the lookout for an email with all of the materials you need for the challenge the weekend before we begin. Start date is February 22nd, 2018.
