Happy Valentine’s Day! I love holidays because they always inspire me to be creative with my workouts. This year I used some of my favorite sayings from Valentine Conversation Hearts to create a full body workout.

Since everyone always asks me how I fit my workouts in, now that I’m a mom, I thought I’d share with you what really goes on at my house when I work out at home.

Below is a list of the exercises, including how many reps to do.  Copy, paste & print it out so you can take the workout with you!  Have fun!

Crazy (Fun) CONVERSATION HEARTS Circuit

  1. Warm Up: LOVE BUG Bounce – Spend 2-3 minutes here.
    Examples: Simulated jump rope, dance, jog or march in place, shuffle around
  2. CALL ME Calistenics: 20-30 jumping jacks (in between each exercis)
  3. SOUL MATE Squats: 20 reps with or without partner
  4. CALL ME Calistenics: 20-30 jumping jacks
  5. PUPPLY LOVE Push Ups: 10-20 reps of push-ups to Downward Dog
  6. CALL ME Calistenics: 20-30 jumping jacks
  7. LOVE YOU . . . LOVE ME Lunges: front lunge (to optional balance) to back lunge 8-12 reps on each leg of a
  8. TEXT ME Tricep Dips: 10 reps of dips using one arm (or 20 reps if using both)
  9. CALL ME Calistenics: 20-30 jumping jacks
  10. DREAM BIG Burpee: Jump arms and legs out in X position, perform a burpee (squatting to the floor and then jumping out wide)
  11. CALL ME Calistenics: 20-30 jumping jacks
  12. ANGEL ABS: Lift legs and arms up at the same time to hold.
  13. MISS YOU MALASANA (Garland Pose): Wide squmo squat with rotations to both sides
