I’ve been traveling for several weeks now. Time to myself, let alone time in the gym, has been more limited than usual. One of my favorite kind of workouts to do when I’m short on time is Tabata. If you’ve never done Tabata intervals before, you take a single exercise (or alternate between two), perform it for 20 seconds working as hard as you can, and then rest for 10. You do this for eight rounds. Check out Why Not Girl? to learn more about a great app to use.
I am lucky that I’m staying close to a gym here in London, so yesterday I rushed over with the game plan to warm up, perform 4 Tabata interval rounds (to take me breathless, burn mega calories, and build strength), and then run back home. As I was kicking my own butt (and yes, that is a guy practically right next to me practicing his ballroom dancing skills), I thought of some of you who are always asking me about the exercises I do for my own workouts, so I decided to quickly record them so you have something to follow if needed. You don’t need a gym. You can do these in your own living room (I only went to the gym because my husband was working in the space I would normally use.) Do a quick warm up before starting (jump rope, jog, or whatever feels good). One round should only take you four minutes, so this is essentially a sixteen minute workout. Add in a two minute warm up and approximately 30 seconds of rest between each round and you have your twenty minutes for the day! Best of luck! Let me know which exercise is your favorite!

I do believe all the ideas you’ve presented for your post. They are really convincing and can certainly work. Nonetheless, the posts are too short for starters. Could you please prolong them a bit from next time? Thank you for the post.
We’ve been a team of volunteers and also opening up the latest plan in this group. Your web site provided people having useful information so that you can artwork for. You’ve completed a notable task as well as the entire area might be happy for your requirements.
